Neil has worked in the technology sector since 1996. He began as an engineer before moving into project management and service delivery. Neil formed GHM in 2005 with his father, and while the business has grown, he has ensured it still retains its family ethos. Neil is passionate about technology. Regularly he is seen with his sleeves rolled up, trialling or evaluating our Nexus solution.
Aidan leads the GHM’s technical team. He has a real passion for technology and customer service. He will become a familiar face with all customers as he is ultimately responsible for all service delivery within the GHM business.
Simon was pivotal in setting up GHM Care and over the last 12 years has built up a broad client portfolio within the care sector. Simon leads the team by example, understanding that clients want a trusted and experienced account manager to offer long term support and guidance. With nearly 30 years working in communications, he has a depth of knowledge that both colleagues and clients regularly tap into.
Martin leads GHM’s project team, ensuring customer installs run smoothly from a technical perspective. He is hands-on, working across all GHM departments to ensure we deliver for customers.
Edward started with GHM via a graduate training scheme and now manages all GHM Care clients. His passion for the role and his commitment to clients shines through. Edward helped launch Nexus, helping to calm home environments and ensuring vital alert information was received where it was most needed…into the hands of care teams.
Calum is responsible for the management and development of GHM's IT Managed Services. With over 15 years of experience, he leads the business's strategic account planning processes and develops performance objectives.
