NEW HAMBERLEY CARE HOMES INSTALLATIONS

Over the last few months, our project team and engineers have been installing a range of care home technologies across four new award-winning Hamberley Care Homes.

Cofton Park Manor Care Home, Birmingham, Alston House Care Home, Eastleigh, Lovell Place Care, Charlton Hayes near Bristol and Meryton Place Care Home, Keynsham near Bristol feature new telephone systems comprising a range of desk phones, easy-to-use resident handsets, and numerous smartphones. WiFi networks also include internal and external Access Points to provide essential WiFi signals throughout each home.

The luxury homes also feature our NexusCare nursecall messaging solution, developed by our own technology experts, which integrates with Hamberley’s existing nursecall system. NexusCare allows care staff to receive nursecall alerts directly on their smartphones, creating a calmer care environment by reducing noisy wallboard alerts throughout the home.

Hamberley Care Homes are always state-of-the-art featuring superb facilities such as deluxe cinemas, well-being and beauty salons and areas to spend time with family and friends, all of which rely on superior connectivity. There is also a subtle and fun install of a retro handset to bring back nostalgic memories.

Our appointed trainer has been working with onsite staff as part of the installations. The homes will now have access to our service desk team, where Dave, Dani, Ed S, Simon, Ruann, Mike and Ella are waiting to get to know all the care home team over time and provide essential support.

We hope all the new staff and residents enjoy their new luxury surroundings and connectivity.
